Terms of Service
These terms form the agreement between you and Audit Now when you create an account or subscribe to a paid plan.
Last updated: 18 August 2026
1. About us
Audit Now provides an online tool that analyses public web pages for SEO, performance, mobile, security and accessibility issues and produces a report. You can reach us at contact@auditnow.site.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 and provide a valid email address, which you must verify. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
3. Plans, pricing and usage limits
- Free — 1 audit every 24 hours.
- Silver — $11.99 per month, 20 audits per month.
- Gold — $39.99 per month, unlimited audits.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable tax where stated at checkout. Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Current details are always on the Pricing page.
4. Cancellation and refunds
There is no contract and no hidden fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account Settings page. Cancelling stops all future payments and you keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Because the service is digital content supplied immediately, by subscribing you agree that we begin supplying it right away and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once the service has been accessed. If something has gone wrong or you were charged in error, email us and we will put it right.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. If a payment fails we may suspend paid features until it is resolved.
6. Acceptable use
- Only audit sites you own or have permission to test.
- Do not use the service to overload, attack or gain unauthorised access to any system.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, resell access or scrape the platform.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.
7. Reports are guidance, not guarantees
Audit results are automated estimates based on the page as it was retrieved at that moment. They are provided for guidance only and we do not guarantee any particular search ranking, performance improvement or compliance outcome. Always test changes before deploying them.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but it is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. If you use the service as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Your data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or on the site and apply from your next billing period. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
